These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the bbb33 platform ("Site", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "player", "member"). bbb33 is an online betting and casino platform providing services to players in Bangladesh.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following eligibility criteria are mandatory to open an account and use services on the bbb33 platform:

2.1 Age Requirement

  • You must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is operated for users aged 21+ only.
  • bbb33 may request a government-issued ID or other documents for age verification at any time.
  • If an account belonging to a minor is discovered, it will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.

2.2 Personal Eligibility

  • Each individual may operate only one account.
  • Officers, employees of bbb33, or their immediate family members may not place bets on this platform.
  • Individuals whose accounts have been previously closed may not open a new account.

Age Verification: At the time of registration, you are personally confirming that you are over 21 years of age. Providing false information may result in legal liability.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account at bbb33, you must provide accurate and complete information. If any false or incorrect information is found in the details provided at registration, the account may be closed.

  • Your full name, a valid mobile number, and an active email address are required.
  • The password must be at least 8 characters long and contain a mix of numbers and letters.
  • The payment method number (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) you provide at registration must be registered in your own name.

3.2 Account Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your login details — your username and password — with anyone else.

  • If you suspect unauthorized access, contact [email protected] immediately.
  • bbb33 is not responsible for any activity carried out from another person's account.
  • Transferring or selling an account is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Verification (KYC)

bbb33 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. Failure to submit the required documents may result in withdrawals being placed on hold.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits at bbb33: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.
  • Deposited funds must come from a payment account registered in your own name.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and any such deposits will be cancelled and returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
  • Withdrawal requests typically take 5–30 minutes to process.
  • Withdrawals will only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
  • Winnings from bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal (see Section 5 for details).
  • Large withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

4.3 Transaction Currency

All transactions on bbb33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). bbb33 is not responsible for any differences arising from exchange rates.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
  • Deposit ৳18,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must complete bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus only, not on the deposit.

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each promotion may have separate terms — please check the specific page for that promotion.
  • Bonus abuse — artificially fulfilling wagering requirements or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts — is prohibited.
  • bbb33 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
  • Accepting a bonus is voluntary — you may deposit without a bonus if you prefer.

Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on bbb33 are final once confirmed and cannot be changed or cancelled, unless an incorrect result was displayed due to a technical error on the platform. The decision to accept or reject a bet is at bbb33's sole discretion.

6.2 Sports Betting

  • Betting markets and odds are subject to change — odds are not final until the bet is confirmed.
  • If an event is cancelled, bets are generally cancelled and funds returned, though separate rules may apply in specific cases.
  • Winnings obtained through fraudulent or unethical activity (match-fixing, use of insider information) will be voided.

6.3 Casino Games

  • The outcome of all casino games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
  • If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, bbb33 may void or settle the incomplete round.
  • If an error (bug or glitch) is identified in a game, bets placed during that time may be cancelled.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bbb33. Violating these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances:

  1. Creating multiple accounts or operating multiple accounts from the same device or network.
  2. Bonus abuse — artificially fulfilling wagering requirements or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
  3. Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
  4. Attempting to influence the platform through hacking, malware, or any other technical means.
  5. Using automated bots or scripts for betting or gaming.
  6. Harassing, intimidating, or deceiving other players.
  7. Knowingly exploiting a technical error on the platform for personal gain.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 bbb33's Authority

bbb33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason and without prior notice, particularly if:

  • Any clause of the terms and conditions is violated.
  • Information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
  • Closing the account is required for regulatory or legal reasons.

8.2 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Please withdraw any withdrawable balance before closing your account.

8.3 Balance Refund

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, bonus balances and any winnings derived from them may be forfeited. However, the return of any remaining legitimate personal deposits will be considered.

Responsible Gaming

bbb33 takes responsible gaming very seriously. We believe that playing is for entertainment, and it should never become a source of problems.

9.1 Self-Control Tools
